Links You May Need

As I have been building this site, I have come across a lot of useful web sites that not everyone will know about.  I have decided to list useful sites here for your convenience.  If there is a site or info you need, just e-mail or call me and I will do my best to post a link or to answer your question.  I won't sell or use your info in any way, so you don't have to worry about being bombarded with unwanted contacts.  I hate that, so I wouldn't do it to you.  I hope you find this page useful.  If you do, please let your friends know.

Preferred Professionals:  These are the people I know that you need to know too.  They are the best in their fields.

Veteran's Administration foreclosures are here.  There haven't been many lately, but you are welcome to try.

Deed search for any property in MD.  This is a convenient site, but you do have to register for a password and user name.  It is worth it to find info on deeds for any property you want.

www.realtor.com is a site for home searches.

Southern MD Association of Realtors.  If you need info on moving to Southern MD, or you're having issues with a Realtor, this is a good place to start.

TruHome Builders.  If you want a home built in Southern Maryland, there are very few people I can recommend.  One I have no problem referring is TruHomes.  The builder's name is Truman and he not only builds a great home, (I should know, I have done the drywall in a lot of them), but he is exceptionally easy to work with.  I have NEVER heard one complaint from anyone about Truman.  So, if you are thinking of building locally, this should be your first call.  As soon as Truman gets his site up, we'll link to it, until them, you can reach him at....240-298-8427.  Tell him Greg sent you.  I promise you won't be disappointed.

Zabella Homes- One more builder you should know about in the area is Zabella Homes.  I know this guy too, and he builds a nice house.  He is currently building the Zachary featured on this site.  Click on the name above to go to their site and check them out.

Click Here for info on a new program from St. Mary's County to help subsidize mortgage payments.
